ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


Financial Reporting

  • Assist the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual Forms 10-Q and 10-K, including financial statements, Notes, and MD&A.
  • Manage comprehensive documentation supporting all disclosures and tie-outs.
  • Monitor new accounting standards and SEC guidance; assist in implementing disclosure changes.
  • Coordinate input from Legal, FP&A, Investor Relations, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Preparing technical accounting memos as needed.


Accounting Operations

  • Oversee accounting areas such as equity, stock-based compensation and other key accounting areas as needed.
  • Prepare the consolidated statement of cash flows for each reporting period.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities as needed, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and support SOX documentation and audits.
  • Assist with operational accounting process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Support external audit requests during quarterly reviews and the annual audit.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, technical accounting and/or accounting operations, with 1-2 years of managerial experience, is required.
  • Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation in areas such as but not limited to ASC 606, ASC 805, ASC 718, ASC 842 and ASC 470.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate deliverables across multiple teams.
  • CPA license is required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must be a US Citizen or US Permanent Resident
