Overview
This position provides a unique opportunity to engage in an analytical environment, leverage business intelligence processes, and interface with various departments within Finance and Accounting, and across the company.
The position plays a lead role in analyzing business results and providing insights into the performance of key initiatives through analyses, collaboration, and communication. This role will also manage and mentor a team, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality financial analysis and reporting. Additionally, the Sr. Financial Analyst – Lead will serve as a business partner in a cross-functional capacity with leadership across various departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
- Establish frameworks to evaluate key initiatives and their efficacy
- Develop and/or enhance financial models for reporting, reviewing results, and forecasting
- Prepare and present analyses, findings, and executive reports including strategic reviews with senior executives
- Extract data from various databases and perform sophisticated analysis that results in actionable business insight
- Interact with management at all levels to facilitate information gathering
- Collaborate with budget owners to coordinate annual plan and forecast inputs while providing monthly performance-to-budget reporting
- Provide ad hoc financial statement modeling and in-depth analysis to drive intelligent decision making
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis including 2 years leading or managing a team
- Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs
- Excellent interpersonal skills including diplomacy, negotiating, reasoning, problem solving and influence
- Skilled at developing and presenting executive-level communications and data visualization
- Ability to develop strong interdepartmental and cross-functional working relationships
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related concentration
Recommended Qualifications
- Experience working with SAP
- Experience working with analytical reporting tools
- Familiar with SQL and relational databases
- Experience with budgeting and planning methodologies and tools
- MBA in Finance, Accounting, or related concentration
- CFA or CPA certification a plus

Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is
$85,280—$143,520 USD
