Job Description:

The Senior Field Marketing Manager is a key role in the North American Regional Marketing organization, where the ability to think strategically and resourcefully execute is paramount. Communication between key stakeholders is crucial – sales teams, corporate marketing, product marketing, and customers. Candidates must have a solid grasp of high-tech B2B marketing, within the Data and Analytics space is a plus.  A relentless focus on operational process and detail management, metrics, and results.

We work in a hybrid model—you’ll join us in our Redwood City office to collaborate, connect, and enjoy a team atmosphere!

What You'll Do:

Field Event Marketing

  • Strategize and execute persona-based virtual and in-person events, along with regional events.

  • Assist in creating sales opportunities and accelerating revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives.

Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
Owned Programs

  • Develop and execute multi-channel territory marketing plans incorporating online and offline elements.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, corporate marketing, product marketing, and technical experts) to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

  • Provide data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and enhance demand generation effectiveness.

Paid Programs

  • Guide the SEM (paid search), display advertising, and retargeting efforts, as well as third-party paid media programs, including content syndication, to effectively engage key audiences

  • Work closely with the paid media team to ensure continuous optimization of campaigns for improved lead quality and ROI based on performance data and insights.

Sales Collaboration & Enablement

  • Act as the primary liaison between field sales teams and the broader marketing organization, ensuring alignment on priorities and objectives.

  • Partner with sales teams to share account lists and drive targeted engagements that support pipeline growth.

  • Build trusted relationships with sales leadership, becoming their go-to marketing partner.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Develop and implement strategic plans with defined KPIs, forecasts, workflows, and enablement frameworks to achieve demand generation and pipeline goals.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to key stakeholders.

  • Manage budgets, including Opex and MDF funds, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.

What You Need:

  • Experience: 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, ideally marketing for, to, or with Data and Analytics companies. Regional marketing experience for part of that time.

  • 8+ years of experience in data-driven marketing.

  • Marketing Communications:  Exceptional communication skills: writing, PPT slides, social media, and presenting in person and via web, and processing input into an execution plan.

  • Project Management: Hyper-organized planning and process management, tracking, and ability to drive accountability.

  • Measurement: Ability to manage projects on time and within budget with a controlled set of resources, and leverage operations tools to track campaign and sales activity for predictable pipeline building. 

  • Familiarity with marketing and sales automation systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, Zoom, and Google Suite.

  • Building successful relationships with Sales: History of building and maintaining successful relationships with sales teams and partners to build a marketing strategy and then to implement it.  Specific examples and references preferred.

  • Marketing Campaign Management: Define, develop, optimize, and refine omni-channel campaigns with a solid strategy, offers, design, messaging, audience segmentation, and creative development and production. 

  • Marketing analytics, strategic, and tactical skills to execute agreed-upon plans and to take on new tasks as plans change to get the job done.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while working with a wide variety of cross-functional teams and vendors.

  • ABSM experience, a plus.

  • Ability to travel up to 25% .

Compensation Pay Range:

$116,611.00 - $157,425.00

Salary Information

The base salary range is specific to the United States.  The salary of the final candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, work location, specialty and training.  If the final candidate has a different level of experience, the base salary target range may be lower or higher than what is published.
