We are seeking an Associate Director, Digital Product to join our rapidly growing ecommerce team who is passionate about delivering a unique and world class shopping experience to our customers. The ideal candidate has experience owning an ecommerce product roadmap for a direct-to-consumer (DTC) company from inception to delivery. We want you to think about the entire funnel to drive strong conversion across all channels.
What You'll Do
- Create and own the ecommerce product roadmap from discovery to launch while diligently prioritizing and collaborating between key stakeholders, designers, engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Maintain & update the Shopify store to support all business initiatives including but not limited to: Merchandising, Ecomm KPIs, Promotions, New Product Launches, New Markets and 3rd Party Apps.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys with data, UX and continually identify opportunities to improve experiences across all devices.
- Prioritize backlog of features, bugs and A/B tests based on data and testing, business needs, customer insight while monitoring the competitive landscape.
- Present roadmap to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams (NPD, marketing, growth, etc.) to obtain input and collaborate on projects.
- Utilize customer service feedback to improve the website usability.
- Iterate and improve processes using agile methodology within the ecommerce team as the day-to-day project manager
- Work with the ecommerce team to build a robust A/B testing roadmap
- Support other ecomm channels (including but not limited to): email, sms, paid media, etc.
What You'll Bring
- You have a bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, computer science or a relevant related field
- You'll have 5+ years ecommerce experience in a similar role.
- You're comfortable utilizing tools and sites such as ShopifyPlus and Asana.
- You've demonstrated a strong ability to manage and develop relationships internally and with external partners in order to oversee and execute projects effectively to completion.
- Having start up experience is a big plus!

- Hybrid Model Expectation: Must be able to work 3+ days a week in the office
- Budgeted Salary Range: $130K-160K
The base salary range for this role is listed above.
Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.’s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. In addition, e.l.f. provides a variety of other benefits to employees, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, gender neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The amount of total compensation (including base salary) offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including geographic location, experience, specific skills, and qualifications.
