We're looking for a talented Sr. Director, Revenue Enablement to join our Go-to-Market team. Revenue Enablement at Anaconda is where strategy meets execution — we equip our sales and customer success teams with the skills, tools, and knowledge to drive meaningful outcomes for the organizations building with open source AI. We connect the dots between product, marketing, and field teams, ensuring every customer-facing conversation reflects the full value of what Anaconda makes possible.
As the senior leader of this function, you'll own the transformation of how our commercial teams sell — moving from compliance-driven motions to value-based conversations that resonate with the builders, data scientists, and enterprise leaders who rely on our platform. You'll lead a team of four, partnering closely across product, marketing, and sales leadership to build the programs that accelerate growth.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the strategic shift to value-based selling by designing the change management approach, training curriculum, and measurement framework that takes our team from good to exceptional
- Build and scale comprehensive enablement programs for sales and customer success, including onboarding, playbooks, certification frameworks, and competitive intelligence that drive faster ramp and higher win rates
- Develop AI-powered coaching programs using conversation intelligence and performance analytics to deliver real-time, personalized development at scale
- Integrate AI tools across all enablement workflows, from account strategy and content creation to coaching platforms and pipeline analytics, to increase team productivity and insight
- Partner with product marketing to align field messaging with product positioning, and with product and engineering to surface customer value drivers that influence roadmap priorities
- Design and maintain metrics that measure program effectiveness, identify skill gaps, and track sales performance trends, turning data into decisions
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of four enablement professionals, creating clear development paths and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Your impact will be measured through:
- Reducing new hire ramp time through structured onboarding and certification programs
- Improving win rates and shortening sales cycle length through targeted enablement
- Increasing enablement satisfaction scores from sales and customer success teams
- Growing product knowledge assessment scores across all client-facing roles
What You Need:
- 10+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a closely related field
- 4+ years of people management experience leading enablement or revenue-facing teams
- Demonstrated experience leading a sales methodology transformation, specifically toward value-based or consultative selling
- Experience implementing AI-powered sales tools, including conversation intelligence, predictive analytics, or coaching platforms
- Working knowledge of enterprise software sales processes and the AI/ML technology landscape
- Technical fluency sufficient to understand and communicate complex AI/ML solutions to both technical and business audiences
- You embody our values of Clarity, Care and Candor
- You care deeply about fostering an environment where people of all backgrounds and experiences can flourish
- Experience building enablement programs at scale within a data science, machine learning, or open source software company, especially one going through rapid commercial growth
- Certification in a recognized sales methodology (Challenger, MEDDIC, or equivalent) with direct experience applying it across a distributed sales team
- Proficiency with Salesforce, LMS platforms, and modern sales enablement tooling at an admin or program design level
- Advanced degree (MBA or relevant Master's) paired with hands-on field enablement experience
- You embody our values: "Curious by Default," "Build Together," "Own It," and "Lead with Guts and Heart," and our behaviors: Clarity, Care, and Candor
- You care deeply about fostering an environment where people of all backgrounds and experiences can flourish
- You'll thrive in a high-performance environment where results are recognized and rewarded
- Your work directly contributes to shaping the future of data science, machine learning, and AI in the enterprise.
- You'll work alongside a collaborative team that values diverse, thoughtful discussion, clarity and candor.
- You'll be supported by a culture that puts employees first - with flexible hours, a fully remote setup, and a genuine commitment to your wellbeing and growth.
