We're seeking a Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing function and drive our business growth. This is a key leadership role within the marketing organization, responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our entire product portfolio. You will be a hands-on, customer-centric leader, translating deep market insights into compelling product narratives and ultimately accelerating our business growth and market leadership.
What You'll Do
Lead Product Marketing Strategy: Define and execute product marketing efforts that align with overall business objectives, ensuring strategic priorities support revenue growth and market expansion.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Ownership: Define and execute end-to-end GTM strategies for product launches, feature enhancements, and market expansions, from initial concept to post-launch optimization.
Develop Product Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling, differentiated product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers and drive demand.
Act as the Market & Competitive Expert: Become the voice of the customer and the expert on our target market. Lead research to deeply understand market trends, customer pain points, and the competitive landscape to inform and refine our strategies.
Manage Pricing & Packaging: Partner with key stakeholders to develop and refine our pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
Champion Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop high-impact sales enablement materials, including product training, battlecards, and demo scripts.
Lead Product Content & Storytelling: Oversee the creation of high-quality product marketing content, from white papers and case studies to compelling product narratives that maintain a consistent story across all channels.
Build a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Bring
10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, with a focus on software or technology solutions.
5+ years in a leadership role, building and managing product marketing teams.
Proven expertise in healthcare SaaS and DaaS product marketing.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful GTM strategies.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of translating complex information into clear, benefit-oriented messaging.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
The ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience with project management platforms like Monday.com.
