The Sr. Director, Product Go-To-Market (GTM) and Program Management is responsible for driving operational excellence in how Alkami brings products to market and executes strategic initiatives. This role emphasizes disciplined execution, process governance, and cross-functional alignment. The Sr. Director will lead the development and ongoing management of GTM frameworks, pricing governance, and enterprise-level program management practices, ensuring that products are commercialized efficiently and strategic initiatives are delivered with rigor.
This individual will be a highly visible leader, working across Product, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and other functional partners to develop and enforce standards, create transparency, and foster accountability in execution.
This role reports to the VP of Product Operations.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Playbook Development & Management: Develop and maintain an end-to-end GTM playbook that outlines internal readiness and commercialization processes for all products.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Secure buy-in from cross-functional partners on GTM frameworks, driving engagement through structured forums that provide oversight and visibility into GTM execution.

  • Product Roadmap Communication: Manage the production and distribution of product roadmap materials across transmission points, including Sales, CXG, and direct-to-client channels such as the Alkami Community.

  • Sales Engagement Standards: Establish clear standards and an ongoing engagement model with Sales to drive consistency in how products are positioned, priced, and contracted.

  • Pricing Governance: Lead enterprise pricing governance by managing the Enterprise Pricing Committee, defining and maintaining pricing policies, and producing reporting on price execution and outcomes.

  • Strategic Initiative Support: Maintain a best-in-class program management practice focused on supporting large, strategic initiatives led by Product.

  • Community Leadership: Act as a leader within Alkami’s community of practice for project and program management, setting standards and sharing expertise to elevate organizational capability.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Exert influence and leadership to align functional partners with critical tasks, ensuring accountability and progress toward strategic program objectives.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in program management, product operations, GTM execution, or related fields, with leadership roles in SaaS, fintech, or technology environments.

  • Proven ability to create and scale operational frameworks for GTM readiness, commercialization, and program management.

  • Strong background in pricing governance, sales enablement, and cross-functional execution.

  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives with measurable impact.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through influence across all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication skills: written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, to all levels of management.

  • High integrity, strong sense of ownership and commitment to results.

  • Emphasis on relationship and team-building skills across a wide sphere of influence.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Balance their focus across process excellence, business outcomes and leadership impact.

The salary range for this position is: $200,000 - $280,000Cool Things to Know
