Position Summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a visionary and hands-on product leader to define and scale our next-generation Platform and Ecosystem product strategy. This leader will own the vision, roadmap, discovery, and commercialization strategy for our TaxEx, Treasury, and BPaaS solutions as OSV expands beyond its Workday heritage.

This role is responsible for understanding the needs of payroll processors, HCM platforms, ERP providers, service bureaus, technology partners, and channel organizations, and translating those needs into differentiated products, platform capabilities, and ecosystem offerings. The leader will define what OSV builds, how those products are packaged, and where the company should invest to create sustainable competitive advantage and unlock growth beyond a single ecosystem.

The ideal candidate combines strategic product leadership, ecosystem thinking, platform strategy, fintech or payments experience, and a strong understanding of payroll, tax, treasury, or adjacent enterprise software markets.


Key ResponsibilitiesEcosystem & Platform Product Strategy

·        Define and execute the product strategy for expanding OSV beyond the Workday ecosystem.

·        Identify and prioritize the platform ecosystems, payroll processors, HCM providers, ERP vendors, service bureaus, and channel partners OSV should serve.

·        Develop evidence-based market segmentation, partner personas, opportunity assessments, and product investment recommendations.

·        Define differentiated offerings across Full BPaaS Tax and Treasury, Treasury as a Service, TaxEx SaaS, and embedded partnership models.

·        Establish the product vision for delivering tax, treasury, money movement, compliance, and related services across multiple platforms.

Product Vision, Discovery & Roadmap

·        Own the product vision, strategy, outcomes, and roadmap for TaxEx, Treasury, and ecosystem enablement capabilities.

·        Lead continuous discovery with platforms, processors, partners, clients, prospects, sales teams, and operational users to identify unmet needs and validate opportunities.

·        Translate customer, partner, operational, compliance, and market insights into clear product outcomes and prioritized investments.

·        Define the capabilities required to support non-Workday platforms, including APIs, data exchange frameworks, reusable connectors, configuration models, partner onboarding, and processor visibility.

·        Drive the development of partner-facing capabilities such as portfolio dashboards, treasury and filing visibility, exception management, reporting, and operational controls.

·        Partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Tax Operations, Treasury Operations, Compliance, Risk, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver complete product outcomes.

Go-to-Market & Commercialization

·        Translate prioritized market opportunities into scalable product offerings, clear value propositions, and partner-ready solution packages.

·        Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Executive Leadership to define positioning, packaging, pricing inputs, launch plans, and commercialization readiness.

·        Establish repeatable product and commercialization processes for entering new ecosystems and onboarding new platform partners.

·        Define product readiness criteria and ensure that sales commitments align with product capabilities, implementation capacity, operational readiness, and regulatory requirements.

·        Measure adoption, partner outcomes, customer value, recurring revenue contribution, and product performance, and use those insights to guide roadmap decisions.

Partner & Industry Leadership

·        Serve as the senior product leader for strategic platform and processor relationships.

·        Engage product and technology executives at prospective and existing partners to understand needs, shape joint opportunities, and align roadmaps.

·        Represent OSV in customer advisory boards, industry discussions, partner sessions, and market discovery activities.

·        Monitor market, competitive, technology, regulatory, and ecosystem trends that may influence the product strategy.

Product Team Leadership

·        Build, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of product managers and product professionals.

·        Establish clear product outcomes, decision rights, discovery practices, roadmap governance, and success measures.

·        Create an empowered, customer-centered, evidence-led product culture focused on solving meaningful problems and delivering measurable outcomes.

·        Communicate product strategy and tradeoffs clearly across executive, technical, operational, commercial, and partner audiences.


Measures of Success

·        Validated product strategy and prioritized roadmap for expansion beyond Workday.

·        Growth in adoption and recurring revenue from non-Workday platform and processor partnerships.

·        Quality and scalability of partner integrations, onboarding, and operational experiences.

·        Speed from discovery through validated launch and measurable market adoption.

·        Partner and customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

·        Delivery of customer, partner, operational, risk, and financial outcomes defined for the portfolio.

·        Strength, clarity, and effectiveness of the product team and cross-functional operating model.


QualificationsRequired

·        10+ years of progressive product management or product leadership experience, including leadership of complex B2B or enterprise products.

·        Demonstrated success defining product strategy and taking zero-to-one or new-market products from discovery through commercialization and scale.

·        Experience with platform products, ecosystems, APIs, integrations, embedded services, or multi-party B2B solutions.

·        Strong product discovery, market analysis, prioritization, roadmap, and outcome-measurement capabilities.

·        Ability to translate complex customer, partner, operational, regulatory, and technical needs into coherent product direction.

·        Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without relying solely on direct authority.

·        Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

Preferred

·        Experience in payroll technology, employer services, tax administration, treasury, banking, payments, fintech, HCM, or ERP ecosystems.

·        Experience developing B2B platform partnerships and reusable integration strategies.

·        Knowledge of money movement, compliance, controls, filing, reconciliation, or other regulated product domains.

·        Familiarity with Workday, UKG, SAP, Oracle, Dayforce, ADP, or similar enterprise and payroll platforms.

·        Experience leading and developing senior product managers or multi-product teams.
