This pivotal leadership role shapes the omni-channel and brand experience strategy for Pizza Hut Global. The Sr. Director will lead integrated marketing strategies across digital, retail, loyalty, and aggregator ecosystems, connecting millions of customers to the brand daily. The position partners across Marketing, Technology, and Operations to deliver a unified brand voice through owned, earned, and paid channels, driving measurable impact on growth, engagement, and profitability. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Omni-Channel Strategy (25%)

  • Build and execute a holistic growth strategy across digital, retail, and aggregator channels.
  • Optimize the full digital funnel: acquisition, conversion, retention, and frequency.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure all-channel strategies align with brand and business goals. 

2. Drive Aggregator & Owned Delivery Growth (25%)

  • Lead marketing strategies with partners such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Deliveroo, Zomato, and Grubhub.
  • Own pricing, promotions, menu design, and co-marketing efforts to maximize visibility, category ranking, and conversions.
  • Transition in-store, aggregator, and owned processes from analog to digital-first conversion excellence. 

3. Elevate Digital & Customer Experience (25%)

  • Oversee CRM, loyalty, and personalization strategies (including Hut Rewards).
  • Leverage AI, automation, and MarTech to deliver seamless, personalized customer journeys.
  • Foster a culture of continuous testing, learning, and optimization. 

4. Transform Retail Merchandising & E-Commerce (15%)

  • Partner with D&T and Operations to enhance in-store merchandising, digital menu boards, and e-commerce experiences.
  • Align retail and e-commerce merchandising with campaign and promotional calendars.
  • Build strong collaboration with Yum!’s MarTech and AI Centers of Excellence to accelerate innovation. 

5. Optimize Media & Insights (10%)

  • Lead media mix modeling to allocate marketing spend effectively across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Monitor KPIs across sales, profitability, and engagement to inform agile decision-making.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to guide global and local market teams. 

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop a diverse team of three direct reports spanning digital marketing, CRM/loyalty, retail merchandising, and aggregator marketing.
  • Build strong partnerships across Marketing, Technology, and Commercial functions to deliver connected experiences.
  • Role-model leadership aligned with Smart, Heart & Courage values, balancing commercial rigor with creativity and care. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing, digital, or commercial leadership experience with a track record of omni-channel growth and customer experience transformation.
  • Deep expertise in digital funnel marketing, CRM/loyalty programs, and e-commerce optimization.
  • Experience with aggregator or marketplace partnerships (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash) and related commercial levers.
  • Data-driven strategist skilled in media mix modeling, insight translation, and ROI measurement.
  • Strong collaborator and influencer with executive presence and cross-functional leadership capability.
  • Global or multi-market experience preferred; QSR or retail background a plus.
  • Agile, entrepreneurial, and energized by building and scaling high-impact teams.

Salary Range: $226,300 - $239,760 annually + bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
