We are seeking an experienced and visionary Sr. Strategic Alliances Director who will be instrumental in leading and managing global strategic partnerships, business development and GTM strategies across named technology partners. In this role you will lead the team responsible for defining strategic partnerships, leading collaborations, creating & driving GTM activities, and evangelizing the Jabra+ Alliance better-together narrative with channel and customers.

Reports to: VP of Strategic Alliances

What you’ll do:

  • Lead & Manage Ecosystem Partnerships – Lead strategic alliances across hardware, UC, and CC sectors, ensuring seamless integration with Jabra’s portfolio.  Success will be measured in terms of pipeline and global execution upstream (product/technology) and downstream (sales/partners/support).
  • Go-to-Market Strategy – Build joint business plans with partners, driving co-selling, marketing, and technology integrations.
  • Technology & Product Alignment – Work closely with engineering teams to ensure interoperability and optimal value chain between Jabra and UC/CC platforms.
  • Revenue Growth & Business Development – Identify new partnership opportunities that enhance Jabra’s market position and drive revenue.
  • Partner Enablement & Training – Develop programs to educate partners on Jabra’s ecosystem solutions, ensuring strong adoption and advocacy.
  • Build strong cross functional relationships that drive seamless technology and market execution plans.
  • Develop key executive and field relationships between key GN/Jabra stakeholders and alliance counterparts.
     

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years in business development, strategic alliances, enterprise.
  • Proven track record of negotiating and managing global partnerships.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, channel, marketing, and product teams.
  • Proven track record of defining and driving strategic agendas, particularly in the areas of A/V, UC/CC, and AI.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude.
  • A willingness to prospect and qualify new opportunities
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a strong focus on execution and results.
  • In-depth knowledge of the technology industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%

Pay Transparency Notice

  • Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $160,000.00 to $220,000.00, with a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of the fiscal year-end
  • Compensation for roles at GN depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience
  • To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays
