As the Senior Director Editorial, you will be the strategic leader driving our brand’s voice and thought leadership through compelling, high-impact content. You will own the development and execution of a scalable editorial strategy that elevates our market position and supports business objectives. This includes launching and growing a company blog for strategic storytelling and SEO, spearheading original research initiatives to establish market authority, and crafting editorial-quality customer stories that reinforce our vision and execution. By continuously monitoring industry and macro trends, you will ensure our content remains relevant and forward-thinking. 

Your key responsibilities:

  • Elevate the brand through smart, credible, point-of-view driven content
  • Translate market trends and business strategy into compelling content
  • Build, launch, and scale a company blog for strategic positioning, storytelling, and SEO
  • Drive the creation of original research and reports that establish the company’s authority in the market
  • Develop editorial quality customer stories to reinforce our vision and execution
  • Continuously monitor macro trends and industry movements to inform our thought leadership content
  • Own a rolling four-quarter editorial roadmap that supports marketing performance goals
  • Develop and lead a high-performance content team

What you’ll bring:

Required:

  • 7-10 years leading editorial or content functions at a technology company or in technology journalism
  • Experience launching or leading a company blog
  • Proven experience writing top- and mid- funnel content, i.e. thought leadership content and customer stories
  • Ability to take technical information and turn it into easy to understand stories

What we consider a plus:

  • Proven track record of managing high-performing teams
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Expertise in content performance analytics and using data to drive decision-making

Where you will work:

This position offers a hybrid work arrangement based out of our Holmdel office, with the flexibility to work remotely. We are also open to considering fully remote candidates located within the United States.
