Job Description

Fabletics is currently looking for a Sr. Director, Business Planning & Development – International.

How Do You Fit In? 
As the Sr. Director, Business Planning & Development – Internationalyou will help drive our company's expansion and strategies in overseas markets! This position is ideal for someone with a track record of success in business development and strategic planning roles focused on global markets.

This position will report to the VP, International

What can you bring:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate development, and financial planning, with a proven track record of success in B2B, B2C, consumer products, and international markets.
  • An analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience with financial analysis, pricing, and related negotiations across a variety of deal structures including wholesale, retail, licensing, and joint ventures.
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to understand, socialize, and advocate for partner positions across organization.
  • Experience with long range planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry and current market trends; apparel experience is a plus.
  • An MBA is preferred.

What you will do:

  • Support deal work with partner evaluations, pricing, revenue and profitability forecasting, ROI/valuation assessments, and operational/performance analysis over partnership lifetime.
  • Work closely with finance teams to forecast revenue and expenses to maintain up to date P&L/Forecast/Budget/LRP based on latest market/deal developments.
  • Work with tax, legal, consultants, and supply chain teams to optimize product fulfillment and minimize tariff impacts.
  • Support partnerships throughout lifecycle with buyer relations, including development of shared/cyclical buying/marketing calendars, assortment planning, unit forecasting, and related guidance.  
  • Develop and implement structures, processes, meetings, and tools for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, planning, supply-chain, marketing, retail, legal, tax, financial systems, and finance. Represent and socialize business unit needs by integrating into pre-existing processes/meetings across organization.
  • Work closely with financial systems and supply chain teams to launch and optimize product ordering, tracking, and EDI efforts.
  • Drive reporting and stakeholder communications with oversight of various materials including Monthly Business Review, Board Decks, Budget/Forecast Decks, and ad hoc needs.
  • Market research, analysis, and related planning.
  • Pitch deck creation, evolution, and delivery.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $160,000-$220,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
