Job Overview

Our Creative Strategy team is looking for a Senior Creative Strategist who loves sports to join our NYC or LA office. The role requires an understanding of how to engineer the overlap of brands and their target audience as fans to develop activation strategies that would make sense to your friends in the group chat.

If you are someone with experience developing sports marketing strategies that come to life through sponsorships, social, experiential, and/or above the line - this role is for you.

What you'll do

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you'll develop fan-centric strategies across multiple channels for integrated sponsorships that deliver business results for brands. You'll set the foundation for creative campaigns, unlock the right channels to reach the target audience, and inform communications plans.  

  • Connect Consulting expertise with Creative solutions by bridging brands with their audience as fans to deliver a message that resonates and drives business results.

  • Develop best-in-class sports marketing strategies for brands grounded in assets and IP available.

  • Translate strategy into actionable Creative Briefs we either execute in house, or drive through our client’s IAT partners.

  • Craft compelling, narrative-drive pitch decks and presentations.  

  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop ideas and ensure strategic alignment across all executions.

  • Ensure seamless integration of strategy, content, and execution across all channels.

What we're looking for:

  • 2-3 years of experience developing integrated strategies

  • Agency experience leading strategies across diverse consumer brands in sports and entertainment

  • A collaborative mindset and proven ability to provide logical, strategic guidance that fuels creativity.

  • A passion for new business and a drive to create standout, culture-shaping work.

  • An authentic fan of sports and entertainment who closely follows them and understands the business sides of the industries. 

  • Independence, curiosity, and a deep understanding of cultural trends.

  • Experience working with and making sense of quantitative and qualitative data, particularly audience / fan data.

  • A proficient storyteller, with narrative copywriting / brand writing experience.

  • A commitment to excellence—willingness to go beyond standard hours when needed, proactively addressing challenges, and keeping a pulse on emerging platforms and trends.

  • AI fluency- Comfort using AI-powered tools to enhance strategic workstreams—such as research synthesis, insight development, brainstorming, and presentation development. Uses AI responsibly while applying human judgment to shape clear, client-ready strategy.

Base salary range: $75,000 $85,000, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics,  location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility,  budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range  listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation  decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
