Department OverviewThe Worldwide Sales Effectiveness & Enablement organization is a business team that leads the strategy, development, and delivery of sales tools & processes that enable an efficient, effective selling organization. This group is responsible for everyday sales tools our sellers, customers and partners use to drive Sales Growth, including: CRM solutions (Salesforce.com) and quoting solutions (Oracle’s Configure-Price-Quote). Job Description
The CPQ Product Enablement analyst is pivotal in leading the strategic deployment and optimization of new & existing offers to our global quoting and ordering tool to empower our sales force to "sell more" and "sell faster." This role will spearhead initiatives aimed at enabling and launching offers across the Mobile Video & Software portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and implementation of complex Mobile Video and Software products into our core selling platforms, including CPQ and Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC)
Serve as the senior representative for Sales in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Product, Finance, IT, and Sales Operations to drive strategic, enablement-centered projects from concept to launch
Translate high-level business objectives into detailed requirements, innovative process designs, and comprehensive use cases to guide development and ensure alignment with go-to-market strategy
Oversee all aspects of testing, including the development of test scenarios and scripts and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure new offers and enhancements deliver a top-tier user experience
Develop and execute robust business readiness plans for new launches, encompassing change management, authoring process documentation, and delivering training to sales stakeholders
Formulate and drive strategies to increase tool adoption and operational efficiency, acting as the subject matter expert on go-to-market processes to maximize benefits for the Sales team
Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree; advanced degrees or relevant certifications a plus
5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales, Product Planning, Sales Enablement, or related strategic roles
Demonstrated experience in Project Management, with a strong preference for those with a track record of managing large-scale, complex projects
Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills, with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple strategic initiatives under tight deadlines
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to operate independently and provide strategic direction in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proven ability to foster collaborative and effective working relationships, build consensus and drive strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams including Regional Sales Operations, Channel Operations, IT, Software Enterprise, Services, Drop Ship, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Presales, Order Management, Post Sales, Supply Chain, and Credit
Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities from both an operational and strategic perspective
Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey large-scale complex concepts to a diverse audience
Experience working with Oracle CPQ, ERP systems, Salesforce CRM, and other Business Operations IT applications a plus
Target Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD
