We’re Looking For A(n): Sr. Brand Site Operations Specialist
Location: Hybrid (El Segundo, CA and/or Burbank/North Hollywood, CA)
What You’ll Be Doing: The Sr. Brand Site Operations Specialist supports the operational health and execution quality of Golden Pet’s DTC brand sites by owning site readiness, QA standards, and ongoing maintenance. This role ensures content updates, merchandising changes, and site releases launch accurately and perform as intended across all devices and brands.
This role partners closely with eCommerce, CRO, Brand and Development teams to maintain site reliability, identify issues early, and uphold a polished, customer-ready experience at all times.
- Execute and QA content updates across all areas of the brand site, including PDPs, collection pages, promotional modules, and CMS-driven experiences
- Own site release readiness by validating accuracy, formatting, links, merchandising logic, and device responsiveness prior to launch
- Conduct ongoing site health checks to identify bugs, broken content, visual regressions, or functional issues; support triage and resolution
- Maintain merchandising integrity across badges, stock indicators, hero placements, and promotional messaging
- Partner with Analytics and CRO teams to ensure tracking, attribution, and experiment integrity remain intact following site changes
- Maintain detailed logs of site updates, releases, and issues to support transparency and continuous improvement
- Communicate live site changes, issues, and resolutions to cross-functional partners, including Brand, Marketing, and external attribution teams as needed
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of standardized site QA checklists, release processes, and operational documentation

- Strong QA and operational mindset with high attention to detail
- Comfort working within CMS platforms and ecommerce tooling
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot site issues quickly and methodically
- Clear written communication and documentation skills
- Strong organization and ability to manage concurrent site updates
- Basic understanding of eCommerce merchandising and UX best practices
- Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred Education: Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related
- Required Experience: 2+ years of experience in eCommerce site operations, content management, QA, or merchandising support
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in CMS platforms and DTC eCommerce environments
- Experience supporting site launches or promotional campaigns

The base salary range is $60,000-$72,000, plus bonus potential.
