Job Description

The Opportunity: 
The Games Brand Creative team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Designer to support some of the most iconic games in the world including UNO, Pictionary, Magic 8 Ball, Phase 10 and more!

This role is ideal for a strong conceptual and executional designer with deep experience in key art development, brand systems, and graphic design. The Senior Brand Designer will play a critical role in building compelling visual storytelling across global campaigns and consumer touchpoints, while helping define and maintain brand guidelines.

This is a hands-on design role requiring a high level of craft, strong typography and composition skills, and the ability to art direct external vendors and agency partners to ensure excellence and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop key art systems for global campaigns, product launches, and franchise initiatives.
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling, consumer-centric visual solutions across retail, digital, social, packaging, and experiential.
  • Develop, evolve, and enforce brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
  • Ensure cohesive and consistent visual execution across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Prepare production-ready files and oversee asset development to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Packaging, Product Design, Content, and Global teams to set brand guidelines and bring campaigns to life.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting timelines.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Education

  • 5-7+ years of experience in graphic design or brand design (agency or in-house)
  • Demonstrated experience working on consumer brands, entertainment, or lifestyle categories preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field (BFA preferred)

Technical Proficiency

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation building tools.
  • Experience in print and digital design; social or experiential experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) to support creative development.
  • Experience with motion and presentation tools (After Effects, Figma, Keynote, or similar) a plus
  • Strong understanding of print production and digital asset specifications

Skills & Experience

  • Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to translate insights into powerful visual storytelling.
  • Exceptional graphic design skills with expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
  • Proven experience developing key art and campaign visual systems for consumer brands.
  • Experience building and maintaining comprehensive brand guidelines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for craft and consistency.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
