Job Description – Senior Associate, Sales Enablement

Overview:

The Marketing and Business Development team (internally referred to as Sales Enablement) is a function that is focused on winning new business for clients and prospects by:

  • Partnering with sellers to create the story, create content and translate key themes in a visual/engaging way
  • Project managing proposals and pitches (presentations, pitches, interviews, etc)
  • Operating as a group of platform experts to ensure best practices and resources are utilized and identified

Responsibilities:

Contributes to execution of proposal strategy by generating customized, quality pitches, proposals, RFP responses and client/prospect presentations for new business pursuits and renewals

Learns to use knowledge of the client to identify and develop a winning strategy

Attends meetings, creates content, helps with edits, participates in debriefs, etc

Maintains data and develops insights relevant to new business pursuits

Learns JLL platform across multiple service lines

Gains an understanding of JLL tools and technology

Experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing
  • 3 – 5 years of related experience, real estate experience a plus
  • Strong creative skills and knowledge of graphic design Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop)
  • Technologically savvy
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of and commitment to client service
  • Enjoys working on pitches, pursuits and presentations

Estimated total compensation for this position:

75,000.00 – 85,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .

On-site –Los Angeles, CA
