About the Role
We’re looking for a conceptually fearless, socially fluent senior art director who leads with ideas that move culture. You don’t think “film first” or “ad first” You think social first. You understand that today’s best ideas have legs and made to be shared, remixed, and talked about.
As a senior art director, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams through concepting and execution, from social media to traditional media to emerging platforms. You’ll have a deep understanding of how each channel works and how to make brands feel native, fresh, and alive within them.
What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire an art director, designers, copywriters, performance creative strategists, and content creators in developing bold ideas that drive brand relevance and performance.

Elevate the creative product, ensuring work is not only platform-optimized but strategically grounded, visually captivating, and culturally resonant.

Partner closely with creative, strategy, and production to shape creative the strategy and the work – guiding campaigns from concept to launch, and uphold the agency’s creative standards.

Be active in shoots and content creation. From scrappy social productions to larger integrated campaigns, you’ll help guide the storytelling built to flex across multiple formats and feeds.

Mentor and grow talent, providing clear feedback, actionable direction, and a creative environment that encourages experimentation and ownership.

Stay ahead of culture and platforms, infusing emerging trends, creators, and tools (including AI and new production approaches) into the team’s creative process.

Present work confidently internally and to clients, articulating the “why” behind the creative and selling ideas with clarity and conviction.
What We’re Looking For

6-9 years of creative experience in art direction at an agency or brand

A portfolio of social-first, culture-driven work that demonstrates conceptual range, design excellence, and fluency across the social and traditional platforms.

Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to translate brand strategy into ideas that feel made for the feed—not just posted there.

Hands-on understanding of creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) and a passion for evolving your craft as platforms evolve.

A strategic mindset: You know how to connect cultural insight, brand purpose, and performance goals into a unified creative vision.

Comfort operating in a fast, fluid, social-driven environment and have the ability to balance speed with thoughtfulness and maintain high standards under pressure.

A genuine love for culture, from fashion and film to sports, gaming, and entertainment—and a knack for turning what’s trending into what’s timeless.
