In this highly visible, strategic role, you’ll build trusted relationships with the analysts who define markets, influence customer buying decisions, and shape industry narratives. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, and executive leaders to ensure Dynatrace shows up with precision, clarity, and thought leadership across every analyst engagement, evaluation, and research cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analyst Engagement
- Build and strengthen deep, trusted relationships with top industry analysts and influencers across the ecosystem.
- Establish a proactive engagement rhythm—briefings, inquiries, and strategic discussions—that keeps Dynatrace top-of-mind.
- Ensure analysts clearly understand Dynatrace’s vision, platform capabilities, roadmap, and competitive advantage.
Cross‑Functional Orchestration
- Partner with Product, Marketing, SMEs, and executives to deliver high‑impact analyst briefing presentations, demos, and conversations.
- Manage and prioritize incoming analyst requests across the business, ensuring fast, accurate, and strategic responses.
- Coordinate participation in analyst events and drive engagement for Dynatrace‑hosted programs.
- Work with demand generation teams on go-to-market initiatives.
Evaluation & Content Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end management of major analyst evaluations, including Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, and IDC MarketScapes —including customer references, response development, and factchecking.
- Synthesize complex technical input into crisp, compelling written submissions that reflect Dynatrace’s innovation and differentiation.
- Capture and share actionable insights from every analyst interaction to inform messaging, roadmap, and competitive strategy.
Insights, Reporting & Influence
- Track analyst coverage, sentiment, and engagement trends to guide program strategy and highlight opportunities.
- Identify key research themes and emerging topics that matter to the business—and ensure Dynatrace shows up at the right moments.
- Drive partnerships with analyst firms around webinars, sponsored programs, and collaborative content that accelerate awareness and demand.
- Report on performance across campaigns, channels, and strategic initiatives, providing clear recommendations for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in Analyst Relations, Public Relations, and Corporate Communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of analyst relations best practices at an enterprise software company is a plus.
- Proven success partnering with top firms such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or similar.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—able to translate complex technology into simple, compelling narratives.
- Experience working with senior executives.
- Comfortable leading cross‑team initiatives across a wide variety of functions.
- Strong program and project management skills with a bias for action, clarity, and operational excellence.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in measuring success and utilizing analytics
- Enthusiasm for beginning proficiency in using AI for analyst relations tasks.
- Proficiency with analyst relations software, such as ARchitect
- Passion for technology, storytelling, and influencing market conversations that matter.

The targeted base pay range for this role is $118,000 - $147,000. When determining your salary, we consider your skills, experience, education, work location and internal equity.
