Position Overview
Yahoo is seeking highly motivated and qualified candidate for the position of Senior Analyst, Corporate Development. The Senior Analyst will be a critical member of Yahoo's corporate development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with Executive, Finance, Product and Global Business Unit leadership in inorganic strategy formulation, deal sourcing and origination, financial analysis and valuation, negotiation and execution across a diverse range of digital products, technologies and verticals
Help identify and assess strategic opportunities and build relationships with emerging and established companies in the Internet and media markets
Help Yahoo engage with major investment banks and leaders in the venture capital and angel investor community
Be a relentless communicator, both one-on-one with functional colleagues and internal clients, and in group settings
Provide central leadership in contributing to and executing on the team's goals and objectives
Lead and deliver successfully on multiple initiatives in a highly dynamic environment, while calm under pressure
Minimum Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Venture Capital, Private, Equity or Corporate Development
Ability to connect with entrepreneurs, investors and company executives
High intellectual curiosity, superior organizational, communication, presentation, preparation, structured thinking and analytical skills
A strong work ethic, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
Ability to operate with a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality
Comfortable leading and delivering successfully on multiple initiatives in a highly dynamic environment
Be able to influence at executive levels and drive organizational change
Relationship builder, collaborative and persuasive temperament
Goal driven, welcoming accountability
Passion for new technologies, media and digital products

The compensation for this position ranges from $84,750.00 - $176,875.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
