Our expanding global healthcare services organization is in search of a dynamic future leader. The successful candidate will report to the US Financial Controller and collaborate with the national finance team on mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, cost analysis, budgeting and commercial finance projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the entire life cycle of the acquisition process (origination, financial analysis, negotiation, due diligence, closing) locally and globally 
  • Commercial negotiations
  • Strategic acquisition reporting
  • Industry research and competitive analyses
  • Integration oversight and support 
  • Due Diligence
  • Business Development
  • Market mapping
  • Oversight on regional lending and funding structures
  • Legal and litigation support
  • Working with Strategic Partners- contract and commercial terms
  • Performing strategic analysis on Plant performance
  • Lead major operations projects (eg. Site expansions, new site development)
  • Monthly reporting including Profit/Loss statements and KPI’s
  • Producing regular reporting to key internal stakeholders
  • Provide monthly performance (financial and non-financial) feedback and reports to all areas of the business
  • Budgeting and strategic planning

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree qualified and minimum of 4 years of mergers and acquisitions/corporate development experience
  • Strong multi-tasking skills to work cross-functionally as required
  • Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis
  • Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
  • Ability to manage both internal and customer relationships
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills 
  • Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
