In this role, you will impact the productivity and effectiveness of the team by providing organized and timely administrative support, enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and operational goals.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior management.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies to ensure smooth office operations.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in administrative roles supporting senior management.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
