Sony Pictures Entertainment is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to an EVP and the broader department. This role requires a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized professional who can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and help ensure the efficient operation of a dynamic, fast-paced team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative partner who has  strong follow-through, and a responsive, service-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive organizational and administrative support to the EVP and broader department
  • Anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and take proactive steps to address them
  • Manage a complex and frequently changing calendar, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and other travel logistics
  • Prepare and organize business and travel materials, including itineraries, meeting agendas, presentations, travel documents, and relevant background information
  • Prepare, submit, and track travel and expense reports
  • Send calendar invitations and provide participants with agendas, call-in information, videoconferencing details, and supporting materials
  • Schedule and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and other recurring meetings and presentations with senior executives and business partners
  • Prepare and update PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, and business information as needed
  • Support department meetings, planning sessions, special events, and other team activities
  • Partner with IT and other internal teams to address technology, equipment, software, and workplace needs
  • Assist with departmental projects and provide administrative support to other executives as needed
  • Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives or business leaders in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve routine problems independently
  • Demonstrated ability to adjust quickly to changing business needs, schedules, and priorities
  • Sound judgment and a thoughtful approach to managing competing demands and sensitive matters
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy while maintaining awareness of broader team and business priorities
  • Collaborative relationship builder who works effectively across functions and levels of the organization
  • Professional, responsive, and service-oriented approach to supporting executives, colleagues, and business partners
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with consistent follow-through from initial request through completion
  • Ability to take initiative and maintain a practical, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong project coordination skills and the ability to keep multiple activities moving forward
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Discretion and high integrity

The anticipated base salary for this position is $66,000-$83,200. This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
