Position Summary:

Secures revenue by verifying and posting receipts; resolving discrepancies. Accurate inputting data into systems, tracking, takes an active role in resolutions of collections issues and sets plans that will assist the company in meeting specific revenue goals.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collection of OE customer accounts
  • Customer service and customer communication skills
  • Accounts Receivable aging
  • Analyze customer aging reports and provide details on past due balances
  • Participate in meetings with customers to resolve past due balances.
  • Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, trade promotions, customer service departments, and from customers
  • Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
  • Maintains records on invoices, debits, and credits utilizing internal data collection processes.

High School Diploma

Experience:

4 years experience in Accounts Receivable.

Excel and pivot tables

Customer communication

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Hybrid Office Setting

Extensive exposure to computer

Long periods of sitting

Hybrid 3 days per week in Santa Fe Springs, CA location*

Compensation Range$51,751 - $71,158

The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
