We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage a key client relationship and drive strategic initiatives. This role is pivotal in aligning with internal teams and clients to identify opportunities for improvement, implement solutions, and ensure service excellence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering value to clients.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at various levels.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients.
Lead implementation of strategic solutions and new client installations.
Monitor service performance and ensure contractual service levels are met.
Identify and manage new business opportunities and program enhancements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and develop action plans.
Conduct business reviews and provide financial analysis and recommendations.
Manage contractual arrangements and support the renewal process.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
Advocate for change management and program improvements.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
A minimum of 4 years of client-facing Account Management.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience managing competing business priorities.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Mortgage servicing experience is highly desired.
Background in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance background is preferred.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience working with legal, sales, and executive leadership on contracts.
How much should I expect to travel?
You will be expected to travel up to 15%

Pay Range:
$86,000.00 - $143,700.00Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
