ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are searching for a high - energy Account Executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships to join our team.  With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, our Account Executives communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role, you’ll get to …
  • provide support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
  • be responsible for taking over existing accounts as well as bringing in own book of business and generating net new opportunities
  • strategize with and assist marketing team for lead generation campaigns 
  • present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
  • compile and analyze data to find trends
  • stay current on company offerings and industry trends
  • maintain a network of industry contacts
  • build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
  • handle complaints and negotiations
  • perform other duties as needed by the role
REQUIREMENTS:
On day one, we'll expect you to ...
  • have minimum 5+ yrs as an Account executive in IT MSP industry
  • have focused on mid-sized companies $50mm-$500mm in revenue, with a healthy book of business
  • have good grasp of business operations and how it ties into sales 
  • be trained on IT service management, Data and Business consulting best practices to empower you to sell to CFOs, COOs and CEOs
  • have comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • possess the drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • have the ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • possess strong time management skills
  • be willing to work during US Pacific time zone or during client hours as required
Note:
  • This is a remote work from home position, but candidate will be traveling to client sites or industry events multiple times throughout the month and needs to be comfortable with the road warrior lifestyle.
  • Competitive commission structure based on performance.
