SQA Automation Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to building and enhancing test automation frameworks and tools.
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
• Participate in test planning, execution, and process improvement initiatives.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and consistent testing.

Who We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on test automation.
• Proficient in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or a comparable language.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and integrating automated tests into DevOps pipelines.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with performance or load testing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile development practices is a plus.

What You Can Expect

• Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $82,800 to $104,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
