What you'll do as a Sportsbook Operations Specialist
- Run processes to support quality assurance, problem escalation, and competitor tracking
- Work with our Content and Trading teams to ensure delivery of market-leading Sportsbook offerings
- Manage the efficient execution and fulfillment of various promotions and offers.
- Ensure that site content, promotions, betting events, and betting odds are presented and merchandised as expected
- Create and deploy communications to players through our CRM systems to ensure awareness and participation in promotions and offers. Ensure that they adhere to channel best practices.
- Execute structured segmentation and A/B testing, and lead analysis of results, to maximize business impact and present results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Work on internal tools and reporting needs for the Operations team
- Work cross-functionally with various groups including but not limited to Customer Experience, Analytics, Promotions, International Market Development and Trading
- Maintain a database of promotions to assist in monitoring and recapping high-value promos.
- Work with the team to grow the business. Collaborate, brainstorm, and take ownership of our goals.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or analytical field is preferred but not required.
- At least one year in a customer-facing or marketing role.
- Well organized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
- Proven ability to understand the customer and be an advocate.
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings. You must have native-level proficiency in English.
- You're a data-driven and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Sportsbook industry.
- Analytical skills and an ability to generate insights from campaign results and use these to inform future plans.
- Experience with A/B testing and knowledge/willingness to learn SQL, HTML, and other analytics tools
- You should be excited about working with the team to grow the business--you'll bring energy, ideas, and resilience.
- Knowledgeable sports fan with strong written and oral communication skills
- Willing to work non-standard hours based on the sports calendar
- Proven experience as a self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
