The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,800.00 USD - 96,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. What You'll Do as an Analyst II, Sportsbook Insights
- Monitor sportsbook performance and diagnose areas of opportunity. Example areas include high-value customer analysis, state and sport trends, and competitive analysis.
- Leverage data to enhance our measurements of product health & customer engagement, defining requirements for new datasets as needed.
- Execute A/B tests and analyze their results in order to provide actionable, impactful recommendations for future product development.
- Conduct analyst-driven "deep dives" that explore broad topics and inspire new ways of thinking about our customers & product.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant, quantitatively oriented field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, business analytics, or similar).
- At least 2 years of experience with analytics or data science in a work or academic setting.
- Excitement to become a subject matter expert on the digital sportsbook space, both from customer & product perspective.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid work environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of statistics & hypothesis testing. Model-building experience is a plus.
- Practical experience with SQL/Snowflake and Tableau. Python/R experience is a plus.
- Curiosity to learn about a complex business and a desire to grow as an analyst.
