To lead effort in executing an effective Breakthru Beverage approach to sourcing, tagging, and evaluating new account outlets.Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Lead activation of new premise accounts, consumer strategies, and insure the delivery of business goals.
- Employ strategies that strengthen position to be the wholesaler of choice in the accounts opening.
- Coordinate with IT and Credit to ensure proper and timely set-up of all new accounts.
- Act as liaison for new account during set-up process and transition to assigned sales
- Punch orders for new high-profile accounts during the transition to the assigned sales team
- Manage and evaluate through Trade Development all promotional spending by account priority with regards to performance and implement corrective business building actions.
- Organize tasting and sales pitches to new accounts
Facilitate how we source, tag, and engage with all new accounts; a unified Breakthru Beverage approach.
- Manage the maintenance behind new account channel tagging.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business Planning
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
- Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Analytic and Reporting skills
- Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience
- Trade Marketing knowledge of On Sale
- Proficient in use of social media
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone

Compensation
- Salary Range: $ 64,320.00 - $ 98,430.00 Annually
- 15% Annual Bonus
- Mileage Reimbursement at 70 cents per Business Miles driven
