Company Description
Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Business Partners, you, as the Specialist, Talent Business Partners, will support Red Bull North America's Talent Business Partners (TBPs) to enable high performance in their respective businesses through activation around Red Bull’s system of Talent (SELECT, DEVELOP, MANAGE, GROW, REWARD).
You will work with the Vice President, Talent Business Partners, to manage projects that drive efficiencies and create opportunities, enabling TBPs and their respective leaders to maximize engagement, retention, and overall performance. Additionally, you will partner with 1-2 TBPs at a time in a generalist and/or program capacity as determined by the talent needs and focus of the organization.
Job Description
TALENT BUSINESS PARNTER PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Identify department needs and opportunities through analysis and partnership, and propose plans to solve.
Partner in overall process improvement across Talent departments as it relates to Talent Business Partnerships.
Suggest and manage projects that enable TBP efficiencies and drive the talent agenda forward.
Provide change management support with both large and small organizational changes, including creating timelines, communication plans, and employee movement documents.
Act as the central point of contact for Talent Centers of Excellence rollouts, feedback, and after-action reviews.
Coordinate regular TBP meeting logistics, topics, notes, and follow up on action items.
TALENT PARTNERSHIP
Manage intake of Employee Relations matters and conduct low-risk investigations.
Conduct exit interviews, identify trends, and recommend action plans to TBPs.
Provide feedback and coach managers and employees on utilizing internal Talent tools (onboarding, development, compensation, succession, performance management, etc.).
Evangelize and support a strengths-based approach to people management and development.
Support all RBNA TBPs with training facilitation and preparation of materials.
Partner with the TBP team on Talent processes including communication and implementation plans.
Ensure and enforce compliance with all Federal and State laws.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle highly sensitive situations in the workplace.
Critical thinker with the ability to identify Talent trends and recommend solutions grounded in data and insights.
Experience and passion for facilitating client-facing HR training programs.
Strong planning, budgetary, and project management abilities.
Track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Proven ability to develop and drive innovative programs, initiatives, and solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in communicating and training others.
Working knowledge of HR reporting systems preferred.
Must be flexible and able to deal with change and ambiguity.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $64,000-$96,000+ cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
