The Specialist, Talent Acquisition Operations, plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution and knowledge transfer of recruiting processes, systems, and tools across all parts of the recruiting lifecycle. Working directly with recruiters (Talent Acquisition Partners) and other stakeholders, this role focuses on recruiting enablement, recruitment marketing, process improvement, and data management.
Job DescriptionRecruiting Enablement
Support the development and creation of comprehensive training materials for recruiters, hiring managers, and teams on Talent Acquisition best practices.
Participate in engaging training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of recruitment stakeholders.
Create and maintain a repository of educational resources, ensuring easy access and updates to reflect current industry standards.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor training content for different roles within the hiring process.
Support the assessment of training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary.
Recruitment Marketing
Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing recruitment marketing strategies.
Support the development and management of innovative marketing campaigns to attract high-quality candidates.
Optimize recruitment platforms, ensuring effective and engaging communication of Red Bull’s employer brand.
Facilitate recruitment events to boost visibility and engagement with potential candidates.
Support the tracking of recruitment marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay updated with industry trends and technology advancements to continually refine recruitment marketing approaches.
Process & Operational Improvement
Act as the subject matter expert across one or more recruiting operations subjects (ex. Process, systems & tools, enablement, reporting, etc.). You will be the go-to specialist for your knowledge area, providing information, expertise, and resources as needed
Identify inefficiencies in recruiting workflows and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and scalability
Document and maintain ways of working, process documents, and training/ enablement materials for recruiting processes
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to streamline and standardize recruiting practices across the organization
Data Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the ATS and other systems, performing regular audits as needed to ensure data integrity
Generate and analyze recruiting metrics and reports, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline trends
Provide actionable insights to recruiters and leadership based on data analysis
QualificationsEducation and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
· 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or a related HR role
· Proven experience managing ATS platforms and other recruiting tools
Skills and Competencies
· Strong understanding of recruiting processes, metrics, and best practices
· Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in a high-growth and/or global organization
· Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements related to recruitment
· Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS certifications)
Additional InformationThis position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
