Role overview

  • The Specialist, Proposal Management, reporting to the Director, Proposal Management, is responsible for coordinating RFP submissions for new business, clients, health plans and channel partners and providing support for sales enablement. This position supports a fast-paced sales team in coordinating the delivery of effective, targeted RFP responses from conception to completion and supporting metrics, communications and onboarding efforts.

A day in the life…

  • Lead assigned proposals while managing multiple concurrent RFPs and deliverables.

  • Collaborate with the commercial team, solutions owners and subject matter experts to ensure accurate, strategic responses aligned with RFP objectives.

  • Own the full proposal lifecycle, including intake, coordination, and timely submission.

  • Develop persuasive, revenue-driving content using winning sales language.

  • Work cross-functionally to drive initiatives to completion.

  • Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and streamline proposal development.

  • Effectively communicate Accolade’s value proposition through written responses.

What we are looking for… 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 1+ years in RFP response, sales operations, or enablement.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability in project management, time management, and critical thinking.

  • Experience supporting sales teams with measurable impact.

  • Familiarity with healthcare, RFP software, and technical content

  • Quick learner with enthusiasm for new technologies.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The salary range for this role is:

$53600-$77700

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  Salary is just one component of Transcarent's total package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock options.

Location
