Goodwin is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist to support the adoption of technology products and digital transformation initiatives across the firm. This role focuses on hands-on execution of change activities, including communications, training, and user enablement, working closely with product, project, and business teams. The Specialist will contribute to well-defined change strategies and play a critical role in ensuring new tools and ways of working are understood, adopted, and effectively used by attorneys and business professionals.

What You Will Do:
 

Change Execution & Support

  • Support the execution of OCM plans for technology initiatives and digital transformation programs

  • Conduct stakeholder impact analyses and readiness assessments under guidance from senior OCM or program leaders

  • Identify adoption challenges and escalate risks, issues, or dependencies as appropriate

Communications

  • Develop and distribute clear, audience-appropriate communications supporting change initiatives

  • Translate complex concepts into practical messages that explain the purpose, benefits, and user impact of changes

  • Maintain and update communication artifacts across defined channels such as email, intranet content, and FAQs

Training & Enablement

  • Develop role-based training materials including job aids, guides, quick-reference materials, and e-learning content

  • Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, and feedback collection for live and virtual sessions

  • Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and user-focused

User Adoption & Engagement

  • Support user adoption activities such as pilot groups, champion networks, and feedback loops

  • Track adoption metrics and summarize insights related to usage, engagement, and learning effectiveness

  • Assist with post-launch support and reinforcement activities to improve sustained adoption

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, project managers, and business stakeholders to align change activities with delivery timelines

  • Collaborate with Knowledge Management, HR, and Communications teams on shared enablement efforts

Measurement & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze data related to training participation, adoption, and user feedback

  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries for program teams and leadership

  • Use insights to recommend incremental improvements to change materials and approaches

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field

  • 3–6+ years of experience in change management, training, communications, or related roles

  • Experience supporting technology implementations, system rollouts, or digital transformation initiatives

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt content for diverse audiences

  • Experience developing training materials, job aids, or user documentation

The target salary range for this position varies by location and is commensurate with relevant experience: Boston $90,200 - $135,400 | Los Angeles $97,000 - $145,500 | New York $97,000 - $145,500 | Orange County $97,000 - $145,500 | Philadelphia $88,400 - $132,700 | San Diego $97,000 - $145,500 | San Francisco $103,700 - $155,600 | Santa Monica $97,000 - $145,500
