What you will be doing:
- Support customers and sales representatives by providing product ideas, quotes, and executing purchase orders for promotional and proprietary products outside standard programs.
- Research solutions, source products, and negotiate costs to meet unique customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure seamless fulfillment and billing.
- Resolve client and supplier issues as they arise.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts for processes and service delivery.
- Represent Staples at customer and corporate trade shows, with occasional travel to support business growth.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Solid demonstrated use of Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Advanced “strategic business sense” skills and math aptitude.
- Solid knowledge of company systems and processes.
What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Industry experience with ESP or SAGE
- Promotional products merchandising or purchasing skills
