 Job Description & Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented "force multiplier" to serve as the right-hand to our EVP, Growth & Publisher Development. Your mission is to turn executive-level outreach into a well-oiled machine. You will handle the logistics, preparation, and follow-up that allow our executive leadership to focus on closing Tier 1 deals. This is a premier learning opportunity for someone who wants to see exactly how high-level publisher deals are won.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research prospective Tier 1 publishers and prepare concise briefing materials for the EVP ahead of all external calls.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling between executive leadership and Comscore Top 250 stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute post-meeting communications, ensuring no deal stalls due to administrative friction.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure pitch decks and collateral are tailored for named accounts.
  • Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, tracking the movement of executive-led deals through the pipeline.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience  in sales support, account management, or a high-level administrative role.
  • 1+ year in CRM management- Hubspot preferred
  • You are a "finisher." You take pride in the details and thrive on making others more effective.
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills; you can draft an email that sounds like it came from the EVP’s desk.
  • You are comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What you can expect in return:

  • Full-Time, Salaried Position
  • Direct Mentorship from the EVP, Growth & Publisher Development
  • The opportunity to be part of something BIG

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
