Eagle Strategies provides retail investment advisory services through about 1,250 affiliated investment advisor representatives (IARs) and more than $20B in assets under management (AUM). Eagle IARs provide comprehensive investment advisory and financial planning capabilities. Through our "protection first" planning philosophy and backed by solutions that leverage New York Life's financial strength and mutuality, our advisors can tailor a plan to help their clients reach their long-term goals and withstand unforeseen fluctuations through insurance, annuities, brokerage (including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and specialty asset classes), and other products.

Our advisors assess their clients' needs and identify appropriate solutions that put their clients on a path toward achieving their financial dreams and aspirations over the client's lifetime - from wealth-building to retirement to legacy.
Role Overview
  • Learning and maintaining a strong working knowledge of multiple systems, products, and services
  • Providing subject matter expertise for third-party investment platforms to advisors, clients, and key business stakeholders
  • Identifying process improvements and implement solutions to build efficiencies and increase productivity
  • Responding to inquiries from Eagle Strategies Advisors
  • Assisting the Internal Consultant and Portfolio Specialist Teams with new cases by providing operational expertise
  • Adhere to a daily schedule dependent on business needs.
  • Required reporting of personal brokerage accounts and those of your household (i.e., if living with a parent or guardian).

What You'll Do:
  • The RIA Specialist will become proficient in one to two core competencies of our managed account and trading platforms.
  • The Specialist will take incoming calls from Eagle Advisors, their staff, and clients and act as a partner to facilitate transactions requests and account administration.
  • This role provides a rare opportunity to learn the inner workings of the wealth management division of a 176-year old, Fortune 100 company.
  • During your career, you can complete internal and external courses and earn industry licenses and designations that will, over time, enable you to move to roles with increasing responsibilities.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's Degree; Finance or Business discipline preferred
  • A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience in client service
  • Interest in the wealth management/managed account industry
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, customer service environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve team objectives
  • Broker-dealer, RIA, or wealth management experience a plus

Pay Transparency
Salary Range: $41,000-$58,500
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
Please note: This role requires FINRA licensed and/or FINRA Associated Person pre-hire fingerprinting.
