As a Solutions Engineer Manager within the Global Business Services, you will lead a team of software engineers that will aid us with Corporate Services technologies.

Our technology teams service a variety of business units. You will collaborate with our business partners, architecture and technology associates, to deliver solutions to meet our business outcomes.

In this role you will lead a team of software engineers, focused on evaluating high quality solutions that meet our business needs, building high quality data pipelines, and reporting and analytics. You are a player-coach and committed to driving superior results through the application of modern engineering and data management methods.

· You are a people leader, capable of leading a team of solutions engineers.

· You have in-depth experience with the implementation of Risk Management, Audit and Privacy vendor packages.

· You have the knowledge and experience to provide technical guidance to the team. 

· You can seamlessly partner with business users, architecture and other technology teams. 

· You have a Global Mindset, ensuring products meet the needs of all of CG’s global operating model.

· You have a “one team, one dream” mindset, think and plan strategically, and drive team execution. 

Qualifications:  

· You have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.

· You have 5+ years leading diverse teams of both associates and partners.

· You have extensive prior experience as a software, solutions or data engineer, with a solid understanding of software and data engineering best practices (agile, CI/CD, operations).

· You possess the business acumen and the ability to communicate effectively with your team, business       partners and leaders.

· You have experience with modern data and software engineering platforms, capabilities and tools (AWS, Azure, Python, Airflow, Databricks, APIs).

Southern California Base Salary Range: $173,211-$277,138

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
