Description

Verily exists to bring the promise of precision health to everyone everyday, and our breadth of solutions of care, research, health financing, and population health monitoring serve customers across various market segments. 

As a Solution Lead for Verily Lightpath, you will be responsible for managing the sales process to bring the solution to new and existing customers in the life sciences and med tech, payor, and provider market segments. This will include understanding customer needs, acting as a trusted advisor to match the solution, driving pricing and contracting and ensuring that the implementation team is set up for success. You will work cross functionally within the Employer and Payer Commercial team and with colleagues across Verily. This role will require you to be flexible and nimble and aggressively grow the business to help establish Verily as the premier solution partner in the space.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the product-specific client-facing expert for Verily Lightpath.

  • Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with customers and partners to drive impactful solutions that benefit all stakeholders.

  • Spearhead strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth, from initial lead generation to successful deal closure. This includes crafting compelling value propositions, uncovering and addressing customer needs, negotiating favorable terms, and securing contracts.

  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams by sharing valuable customer and partner feedback on pricing, market challenges, innovation, and the competitive landscape. This collaborative approach ensures we build successful products that deliver the best possible customer experience.

  • Partner closely with Account Executives and cross-functionally across Verily to achieve individual and shared goals, contributing to both team success and company-wide milestones/OKRs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related fields.

  • Deep understanding of benefit industry and cardiometabolic clinical strategies for employers and health plans.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in commercial or sales enablement focused on benefit services specifically engaging employer and payer clinical leaders.

  • 3+ years selling benefit solutions to employer customers.

  • Experience selling complex solutions and track record of driving significant revenue growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work with complex, technical software and service offerings, and processes involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Ability to take initiative, work efficiently and respond quickly to changes and a dynamic environment.

  • A positive attitude, open mind, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to collaborate and learn.

  • Connection to Verily’s corporate purpose … to bring the promise of precision health to everyone, every day.

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Google suite of productivity applications (gMail, gCalendar, Sheets, Slides, Docs).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $128,000 - $192,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
