How You’ll Make An Impact
As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, revising and maintaining test plans, test cases and automated test scripts for the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment. You will work with product management, other engineering teams, customer success and support on developing cutting edge new product features and enhancements across various areas of Boomi offerings.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in design, validation, and deployment of Boomi products and services including enhancements and/or resolution of any issues that may be reported.
- Gather information to help formulate acceptance criteria, act as a user advocate, and be comfortable challenging and discussing the intent of stories to surface edge cases and improve outcomes.
- Apply development and technical skills to all aspects of QA, including manual and automated functional and integration tests, as well as setting up production-like environments.
The Experience You Bring
- A minimum of 2 years of manual and automation testing experience.
- Experience with test frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, etc.
- Working knowledge in Defect Lifecycle and Defect Management tools like JIRA, Zephyr etc.
- Experience with relational database systems.
- Experience with web services technologies such as REST/GraphQL.
- A good understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
Bonus Points If You Have
- 4+ years of experience in software quality control.
- Familiarity with AWS technologies.
- Familiarity with EDI concepts.
