The Role:Apryse is expanding its high-performing enterprise sales team and looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic growth within the Public Sector vertical. This is a senior-level, quota-carrying role where you'll engage with senior decision-makers and drive complex sales cycles from prospecting through close. You'll be responsible for shaping go-to-market strategies, building executive relationships, and delivering customized solutions that demonstrate the long-term value of our platform.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a range between $190,000.00-$240,000.00 USD in on target earnings.

Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full sales cycle for high-value, complex software deals within the SLED market
- Strategically target and develop executive-level relationships within key accounts
- Partner with Sales Engineering to conduct deep discovery, deliver custom demos, and architect tailored solutions
- Align Apryse solutions with customer goals, budgets, and digital transformation initiatives
- Influence internal go-to-market strategy based on SLED trends, challenges, and buyer behavior
- Leverage tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.) to manage pipeline and scale outreach
- Attend key industry events, conferences, and client meetings to elevate brand presence and drive opportunities
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of opportunities and progress toward goals
Requirements
- 7+ years of success in enterprise software sales, preferably selling into public sector or regulated industries
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding $1M+ annual quotas in complex, solution-based sales
- Strong experience working with technical stakeholders (e.g., CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Product/Engineering)
- Consultative and strategic selling skills with an ability to manage long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Deep familiarity with Public Sector procurement processes, budgeting cycles, and contracting models is a plus
- Highly organized, data-driven, and confident using modern sales tools (CRM, prospecting platforms, etc.)
- Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills
- Bachelor's degree required; technical or business-related disciplines preferred
