OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong intern to join our new HR Systems tech team. As our Software Engineering, HRIS Intern, you will support the team and the business as we approach  the transformation of our HR systems. You will have exposure to how we approach Business Process engineering, solution requirements and design for our internal systems. is required. 

The Alo internship programs starts June 9th and ends August 1st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shadow existing team members and attend business requirement meetings to understand how business requirements are translated to IT solutions.
  • Work with developer teams to explain business needs.
  • Test applications during various phases of the development cycle.
  • Analyze and implementing cloud technological initiatives.
  • Translate business requirements into high quality functional and technical documentation that define system changes such as configurations, custom code changes, programs, reports, or forms; leading and participating in continuous improvement activities that improve the performance of our systems and team. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science.
  • Project development and planning skills.
  • Innovative and learner.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and software.
  • Basic understanding of HRIS.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to understand and follow complex, detailed technical instructions.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience writing Functional and Technical documentation.
  • Experience in dashboard/Report development including logical SQL, BI analysis.
  • Proficient in data analysis and testing reports.

The compensation for this position is $25 per hour.
