About the role

We’re looking for senior software engineers to contribute to building our core products. You’ll be working alongside our product and engineering teams to develop our core payments infrastructure, mobile application, and web-based applications to manage marketplace and rewards products. As part of our early team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our MVP with top-tier financial services partners. This is an extremely hands-on and growth-centric role perfect for those who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced startup environments and are passionate about building technology from 0-1 with a customer-first mindset.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Contribute to the development of our backend, mobile and web experiences
  • Drive technical delivery - everything from architectural design to development to QA
  • Help define the technical architecture and develop the scalable solutions end-to-end
  • Participate in customer discovery efforts and initiatives as our beta users help us refine our product
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant software engineering experience building consumer applications with NodeJS, React Native, Typescript, AWS.
  • Strong proficiency in Typescript is a must
  • You are eager to delve into any part of our tech stack to tackle any problems on hand - from infrastructure to mobile application to CI/CD 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, handle ambiguity, and have strong product ownership mindset
  • Must love dogs 🐶
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience integrating with fintech SaaS products such as Plaid and Marqeta
  • Experience in the payments, banking, credit or marketplace spaces
  • Experience in Expo, NestJS
