We are seeking a curious, results-driven, and quality-conscious Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid-Level) with a growth mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will love solving problems using Python, Django, React, and other state-of-the-art technologies.
DEPARTMENT: Engineering
LOCATION: Anywhere remotely from Brazil
WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to design and develop the product’s functionalities.
- You build it, you own it: together with other team members, be responsible for the whole lifecycle of our product and features, from the conception, specification, development, testing, and maintenance.
- Build modular, efficient and scalable systems using React and Python/Django following standards and best practices, with guidance of more experienced engineers when needed.
- Evaluate trade-offs of different solutions, collaborating to address both technical and business needs.
- Discuss good practices for software development and feel comfortable suggesting contributions to our set of internal guidelines and shared code.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-5 years of experience with software development in a company, with a mix of backend (Python) and frontend (React)
- Experience with modern frontend development practices and frameworks
- Experience building scalable backend of web applications
- You know how to dig into the code that may be causing the outstanding issue, and work to resolve any issues that come up – even if you didn't write it
- Someone who is passionate about solving problems and delivering impact
- You're a pragmatic engineer, always willing to ask questions and eager to learn more.
