Our client is a healthcare technology company.
The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Design, build and deploy production AI systems that work with large volumes of unstructured records. Act as both an engineer and a technical partner to customers, from early discovery through deployment and ongoing improvement. Work closely with company leadership on technical direction.
What you'll do
- Turn loosely defined customer problems into technical designs and production-ready specifications, starting from the first discussions.
- Build and deploy retrieval-based pipelines, multi-agent workflows and extraction systems that process unstructured documents.
- Make sure solutions integrate with common healthcare data standards.
- Own monitoring, performance tuning and continuous improvement after release.
- Identify new opportunities to expand AI adoption within existing customer accounts.
- Partner with product and safety teams to close feedback loops.
- Communicate clearly and credibly with technical, operational and domain stakeholders.
Requirements
What we're looking for
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code, such as Terraform or a similar tool.
- Understanding of prompt engineering.
- A strong public GitHub profile with active contributions.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Currently employed at an established company.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a drive to dig into problems until they are fixed and shipped.
- Availability to work in person 5 days per week.

- Base salary: USD 120,000 to 190,000 per year
