Through Office Hours, our long-form DJ set series, we spotlight emerging and established talent while creating moments that resonate with music fans globally.

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Editor / DJ Set Clipper to join us on a contract, per clip basis. This person will be responsible for identifying and editing the most memorable, culturally resonant, and shareable moments from our Office Hours DJ sets. The goal is to produce engaging short-form content that drives social media conversation and connects with R&B fans.

You must have great taste in R&B music and understand when a transition, blend, or mix is extremely unique and share-worthy.

Responsibilities

  • Watch + listen to full Office Hours DJ sets and select the strongest musical/cultural moments
  • Edit and upload 5-8 noteworthy clips per episode into vertical videos within the shows social media format 
  • Ensure clips capture the vibe, energy, and cultural relevance of the DJ set
  • Collaborate with the internal media team to align clips with brand tone, timing, and content strategy
  • Stay on top of social media trends, meme culture, and R&B/hip-hop digital communities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
  • A proven understanding of social media platforms and short-form video best practices
  • Passion for and knowledge of music, R&B, and DJ culture
  • Ability to identify “viral” or conversation-worthy moments
  • Reliable turnaround times and ability to deliver consistently

Compensation

  • $75 / per episode
