To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our Core Marketing organization. This person will lead social strategy and execution across Grammarly, Superhuman Mail, Coda, and Superhuman HQ social channels. They will manage day-to-day content planning, publishing, and community engagement, ensuring that each brand’s presence is consistent, creative, and on-brand.

This role reports to the Group Social Media Manager and partners closely with Marketing, Brand, Communications, Design, and Content teams.

What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Social Media Manager, you will represent the public voice of @Superhuman’s family of brands across key social channels, audiences and social programs.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute organic social media strategies across platforms, including YouTube, X, Threads, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Manage content, calendars, and handles for Superhuman platforms.

  • Write, edit, and optimize copy tailored to each platform and audience.

  • Collaborate with Design, Video, and Communications teams to create engaging, social-first content.

  • Partner on campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives across brands.

  • Engage with online communities and manage proactive and reactive conversations.

  • Monitor performance and report regularly on engagement, reach, and brand impact.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact and manager for the lead creative agency.

  • Collaborate closely with the partner marketing team to amplify partner-specific content

  • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform strategy and creative direction.

  • Direct, shoot, and edit social video.

What We’re Looking For
  • Has 5-7 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally for a tech, productivity, or B2B brand.

  • Can develop performance-driven strategies across multiple social channels.

  • Understands social best practices and can craft content that resonates on each platform.

  • Is a skilled writer with a strong grasp of tone, clarity, and creativity.

  • Has a keen eye for design and can provide clear feedback to creative partners.

  • Is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.

  • Demonstrates strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • Proactively spots gaps and recommends solutions to improve impact and execution

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, so base pay may vary by location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
