We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and execute our social media strategy across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for content creation, community engagement, social campaigns, analytics reporting, and brand growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, trend-aware, and passionate about digital storytelling. You will be an instrumental part of our marketing communications team, reporting to the Director of Corporate Communication. 

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts (brand experience preferred; agency experience also considered)
  • Content creation experience demonstrated with examples of content that you produced for your own accounts or other branded channels 
  • Proven success creating and executing strategic content calendars
  • Strong background in community management, audience engagement, and crisis management
  • Demonstrated ability to grow followers and increase engagement rates
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills
  • Highly creative and trend-aware, especially with social video formats
  • Experience with data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align social efforts to broader business goals
  • Experience developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice
  • Strong time management, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable team player with close attention to detail
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage AppLovin’s primary social channels: LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
  • Plan, create, and publish organic content; monitor performance and measure engagement
  • Respond to community interactions as appropriate
  • Present AppLovin’s brands and products through both planned and real-time content
  • Develop creative video concepts and produce content, including filming and editing
  • Stay current with social and video trends and translate them into content that aligns with business goals
  • Brainstorm and support social campaigns and growth opportunities
  • Research trends and collaborate on campaign strategy, launch, monitoring, and reporting
  • Capture and produce content for in-office initiatives and employee experiences
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Perform other duties as assigned

AppLovin provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach. Total compensation at AppLovin is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Depending on the position offered, equity, and other forms of incentive compensation (as applicable) may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to dental, vision, and other benefits.
