THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of Cyera’s social channels and shape how the world engages with our brand across platforms. This role sits at the heart of our communications team and is perfect for someone who can combine creativity, agility, and analytical thinking to drive social media strategy, content development, and community engagement.

This is your chance to help define the company’s voice in an ever-evolving category. You’ll work with some of the most exciting minds in cybersecurity, data, and AI, and bring the Cyera brand to life in ways that resonate across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build, own and execute Cyera’s social media strategy, including planning, publishing, and performance tracking across key major platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across growth marketing, product marketing, research, and brand to turn technical wins and product updates into engaging, accessible posts.
  • Manage and evolve the content calendar to support ongoing campaigns, event support, and real-time opportunities, with a strong sense of timing and narrative flow.
  • Engage directly with our audience, replying to comments, surfacing trends, and helping build a community of customers, security pros, and industry watchers.
  • Monitor analytics and performance data to report on what’s working, optimize future posts, and share insights across the broader marketing team.

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience managing social media for B2B brand(s); experience in B2B tech or cybersecurity a plus. 
  • Experience building social campaigns around launches, news, research, and executive profiles.
  • Strong ability to turn technical or industry-specific topics into social content with a keen sense of brand voice, humor, and visual storytelling.
  • Proven ability to grow audiences, drive engagement, and measure performance across platforms.
  • Ability to work with and manage external agencies or freelancers to support visual content creation, animations, and video clips, and scale content programs as needed.
  • Bonus points for experience with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite; passion for cyber and/or B2B tech a big plus.



COMPENSATION INFORMATION: 

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
