We are seeking a creative, digitally fluent, and highly motivated Junior Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and help build and grow our social media presence.

The Junior Social Media Manager will play a hands-on role in developing our social strategy, managing the content calendar, creating campaigns, engaging with our audience, and using data to continually improve performance.

Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop creative content ideas and campaigns that increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Write compelling social media posts, captions, headlines, and other short-form content.
- Collaborate closely with the Video Content Creator to develop and produce engaging video and social content.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Communications, HR, Recruiting, Product, and other teams to identify opportunities for social content.
- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Monitor social channels and actively engage with followers, customers, prospects, employees, and other audiences.
- Identify trending topics, formats, sounds, hashtags, and conversations that align with the company's brand and audience.
- Repurpose existing content into new social media formats and identify opportunities to extend the life of high-performing content.
- Track social media performance and provide regular reporting on reach, engagement, audience growth, and other key metrics.
- Analyze results and use insights to continually improve content, campaigns, and posting strategies.
- Stay current on social media trends, platform changes, emerging formats, and best practices.
- Help maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all social channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing, content marketing, communications, or a related area.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and audience behavior.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Strong understanding of how to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to evaluate content performance and make recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Highly self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn.
